Yes! Any artist can submit art for the All Over Print collection. Any submission for All Over Print products must be a seamless patterned design and either a JPG, AI, or PSD file (60"x100").

These designs can be submitted via the Artist Dashboard like any other design, just navigate to the "submissions" tab and then select "All Over/Patterned Artwork" to enter your information and see guidelines.
